RELATED: The Best Ways to Make Money in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – Definitive Edition
Completing every challenge to a certain standard will lead to special cars being parked outside the school, including a Super GT (all bronze medals), a Bullet (all silver medals), and a Hotknife (all gold medals). Getting all bronze medals will also count towards achieving 100% completion in the stats menu, so is a must for those hoping to unlock both the “Remastered” and the “…Here we go again” trophies/achievements for GTA: San Andreas - Definitive Edition.

The 360 (Infernus)
The first challenge requires players to perform a burnout donut with an Infernus, which can be achieved by holding both the accelerator and the brake buttons at the same time while also tilting the left analog stick to the left or right. After performing a full 360-degree spin, players should press and hold down the handbrake button and then release everything else at the exact same time.

The 180 (Blista Compact)
To complete the 180, players will need to use the handbrake to turn their Blista Compact around and then drive it into the designated bay. Providing they don’t hit any cones while turning, they shouldn’t have too much trouble getting a gold medal for this challenge, as they’ll have a second or two to line their car up perfectly when they reach the parking bay.

Whip and Terminate (Banshee)
To complete Whip and Terminate, players will need to powerslide a Banshee around a tight corner and then stop in the allocated area. As with previous challenges, the key to this one is lining the car up properly at the end, which players will have a few seconds to do providing they drive at a decent speed.

Pop and Control (Police Car)
Pop and Control requires players to drive a Police Car through some cones after their tires have been popped by a stinger. The best way to do this is by easing off the accelerator as soon as the tires pop and then coasting through the cones to the bay at the end. The timing is a little tight with this approach, but shouldn’t take more than a few tries to pull off.

Burn and Lap (Banshee)
Burn Lap is probably the toughest of the driving school challenges as it is fairly long and requires a near-perfect run. Players will need to drive a Banshee around a short track five times, using handbrake turns to keep their speed as high as possible. Tempting though it may be, it’s best not to adjust the camera during this challenge and instead focus on straightening up the car as quickly as possible after each handbrake turn. Players will need to get as close to the final inside cone as possible each time they turn, so it can help to start each one from the outside of the bend.

Cone Coil (Banshee)
To complete Cone Coil, players will need to weave between the three rows of cones, perform a 180-degree handbrake turn and then return through the cones and park in the bay at the end. It’s a lot simpler than the previous challenge, with players able to take a somewhat cautious approach due to how much time they are given to complete the challenge.

The ‘90’ (Banshee)
The ‘90’ requires players to slide a Banshee sideways so that it ends up between two other parked cars. To do so, they should position the front of their car so that it’s facing the back of the car on the right and then drive forward as fast as they can. When they’re parallel to the oil spot over to their right, they’ll need to take their foot off the gas and then immediately press the brake and the handbrake while pulling the left analog stick to the left. It will probably take a few attempts, but is actually a lot easier than it first appears once players start to get the hang of it.

Wheelie Weave (Banshee)
To complete Wheelie Weave, players will need to flip a Banshee onto two wheels and then land it perfectly in the red circle on the ground. To do this, players should gently tap the left analog stick to the left as soon as they start and then tap it to the right once the car flips onto two wheels. From here, they’ll simply need to coast to the red circle and then use the handbrake to stop in the very center of it.

Spin and Go (Taxi)
Spin and Go is a lot easier than some of the previous challenges, more so if players use the right analog stick to rotate the camera 180-degrees before they begin. The aim is to reverse a taxi straight back and then spin it around and park in a bay, which can be pulled off fairly with a little bit of practice. Rather than doing it the intended way, however, players should instead reverse through the final two cones on the outside edge of the first straight and then drive forward and to the left to reach the parking bay.

P.I.T. Maneuver (Police Car)
As the title suggests, P.I.T. Maneuver requires players to perform a P.I.T. maneuver, which is actually surprisingly easy. The tricky part is doing so without causing any damage to the Police Car that they’re driving, though, with some a touch of delicacy, this too can be a somewhat simple task. Players simply need to drive alongside the other Police Car and then gently push it from either the driver or passenger-side door area, using the demo video as a reference for the ideal final position and heading.

Alley Oop (Banshee)
Alley Oop might take a few tries to perfect, but, like many of the other driving school challenges, is a lot easier than it first looks. Players will need to hit the ramp either on the left or right side so that only two of the Banshee’s wheels make contact. Once the car is in the air, they should then take their foot off the gas completely and pull the left analog stick in the direction of the side of the ramp that they came off so that the car performs a barrel roll. It doesn’t matter how far the car goes in terms of distance, though it is important that it lands facing perfectly straight without taking any damage.

City Slicking (Super GT)
City Slicking is the final challenge at the driving school and will require a healthy combination of both luck and skill to complete. Players should try to keep their car on the tramlines during the opening straight while passing the garage and then pull off to the right near the first turn so that they don’t need to brake quite as aggressively. After taking a left shortly after, players will find themselves on another long straight, where they’ll once again need to drive as quickly as possible. When they reach the right turn at the end, however, they should slow down quite a bit as it’s very easy to spin out while driving down the steep hill here. Once at the bottom, they’ll need to perform a 180-degree turn using the handbrake and then drive back the way they just came without taking any damage. Sadly, success can often be dictated by how much traffic happens to be on the second straight, as some of the dips in the road effectively require players to head into them blind.
