The skin is grey and black with red eyes, and can only be unlocked by players with a battle pass. Additionally, players will need to complete more Deadpool challenges to unlock the X-Force skin, though most players should be used to that by now, as it’s been a necessary step since the beginning of the event.

How to Unlock Deadpool’s X-Force Skin

To unlock Deadpool’s X-Force skin, players will need to complete two challenges. First, players will need to “collect his unmentionables,” as Epic puts it, and salute his pants. The unmentionables Fortnite is referencing are Deadpool’s shorts, which can be found in Midas’ room in Fortnite HQ. Deadpool’s pants, on the other hand, will be in the eastern part of the town by Sandy Shores, hanging on a flag pole. Be ready for a fight, as there will likely be many other players trying to salute the pants at the same time.

With those challenges out of the way, players should unlock Deadpool’s X-Force skin. While Deadpool isn’t Fortnite’s strangest crossover yet, it certainly has set players on some interesting missions. However, the skins have also been really solid, and Deadpool is a fan-favorite character for many, so seeing him represented in Fortnite was really just a matter of time.

Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 has been extended to the summer, so players should have plenty of time to battle through the game’s various tiers. Luckily, the challenges to unlock Deadpool’s X-Force skin aren’t all that difficult, so most players with a battle pass shouldn’t have any trouble unlocking it for themselves.

There will likely be plenty more content for Fortnite in the future, and it will be interesting to see which partnership pops up in the game next.

Fortnite is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
